WORKSITE ANALYSIS

Keeping in compliance with regulatory guidance is a little bit like the Wild West. There’s a lot of potential, but the rules can be convoluted and vague at best. With that, we offer full service, on site safety compliance inspection services. Nothing brings more to your organization than a third party set of eyes. You will be left will a full inspection report that details avenues to achieve compliance. We can also provide you with mock OSHA inspections, therefore identifying the issues at hand before citations are issued.

Emergency PREPAREDNESS and action planning

Putting together a comprehensive emergency action plan that deals with those issues specific to your worksite is not difficult but in many cases overlooked by the small business. An effective plan comes from taking what was learned from your workplace evaluation and in turn conveying that to your employees with an emphasis on how they will respond to different types of emergencies. We take that into account, along with your specific worksite layout, structural features, and emergency systems when building a plan customized to suite your needs.

HAZARD PREVENTION AND CONTROL

Whether you run a laundromat, construction company, or a tree service company, all businesses need to minimize their legal liability and risk. Our safety professionals will assess the structure of your operation, such as its physical space, the specific type of operation you are involved with, who your consumers are, what type of equipment is in use and so on. From there, we will tailor the right risk plan and identify, categorize, and mitigate the risk, so you can worry less about liabilities and concentrate on growing your business.

The real cost of injuries

Workplace injuries and illnesses have a major impact on an employer's bottom line. The costs of workplace injuries and illnesses include direct and indirect costs. Direct costs can include workers' compensation payments, medical expenses, and costs for legal services. Indirect costs include training replacement employees, accident investigation and lost productivity. With that, various studies have shown that just $1 invested in injury prevention returns between $2 and $6 – that’s bottom line profit you are not spending on administrative costs, insurance, healthcare and lost wages due to workplace injuries. We show the value that our services provides by referencing the OSHA Injury Calculator.

Depending on the situation, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Our professionals keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your project. We only work for as long as a project requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Partner hourly rates fall in with the industry standards and are adjusted upon project specifications. Flat rates will be determined by the scope of the project.

Other costs that must be accounted for, as required, are travel costs, equipment shipping, classroom rental, text and materials, processing fees and any other specific costs. We are based in the Ohio Valley, so travel costs are minimal. We are also conservative when it comes to additional costs outside of the initial project cost.
