Josh Becker and Robert McAninch, united by their over 40 years of combined service in the United States Army Aviation community, bring their expertise in aviation safety and OSHA compliance to create URS Safety Consultants. With backgrounds in Aviation Maintenance, Safety, and Policy Research, they merged their skills to deliver tailored safety solutions that reduce cost and loss for businesses and individuals.

URS Safety was initially founded as Seleron Safety Consultants in 2018 and merged with Utility Resource Solutions in 2023, further expanding their capacity to enhance safety practices across industries.
